I just installed java1.2 on redhat linux release 5.1. I tried to
view a java applet through the appletviewer and got this error- Exception in
thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError:

However when I use the javac or java, I always get "segment fault". What's the
problem? and how can I solve the problem. BTW, when I install JAVA 116_v5, I
just can't find out the DEMO directary. I download jdk_116_v5.tar.gz from
www.blackdown.org, and uncompress it. Do I miss
