Run:
xprop -root -remove _MOTIF_DEFAULT_BINDINGS
at the prompt and it should take care of the warnings.

,and IIRC i tracked them down to using a java plugin for mozilla from
one JDK, whilst having my PATH set up to use a different JDK elsewhere.
