That version of the archiver works, and I think it is the latest. You
may want to use maven to build aars, the archiver plugin is very
buggy, and I get the feeling that it isn't supported well anymore.

Axis2_Service_Archiver_1.3.0
I was wondering if the above are latest as the is referrign to 1.4 and
the contenst refer to 1.4
The links specified at

just do not work when you try to download the files.
