Have you compiled javax.usb with the 2.6.8.1 kernel headers? Right now there are #defines that make the JNI work with 2.4 or 2.6, depending on what you compile it with. The javax-usb-ri-linux JNI makefile uses the CINCLUDES variable, so if you set it to the location of the 2.6.8.1 kernel hea
