You won't be receiving double emails because the Yahoo list is going to be
set as announce only. In plain English nobody will post over there shortly.
I am going to archive this list the same way with the free service I found.
So far as the archives on Yahoo they will remain available to any
I've got a very weird thing going on with JAWS 8.0 and WinAmp 5.24. If I
simply open WinAmp from the desktop without selecting a file to be played,
it appears that something else is showing through. If I select a file and
press ENTER on it, WinAmp comes up but with a whole bunch of stuff also
This is normal. JAWS is not performing its Say All function when automatic
reading of messages is turned on--that's a separate function. Otherwise,
your Say All appears to be working as advertised.

Hi Yall,
Is there any rhyme or reason why sometimes when alt-tabbing from one app to
another jaws will say something like task switching and other times it just
says the application?
Wondering if I'm doing something I'm not aware of over here for it to say
this?
Thanksya,

I have a strange question also connected with alt tab. This problem only
happened after a tech support call with Freedom Scientific, and I don't know
what they told me to do to cause it but ever since . . .
The only way to move between MS Word documents is with Control f6. Alt tab
only switches
Why are you uninstalling those versions? marilyn

Good suggestion Hailley! I was sitting here trying to remember how else to
move from file to file. I tell you, this training with a new dog guide is
exhausting me, and my brain is not working.

Hailley,
I'm still using JAWS 6.2 and haven't finished test driving 7.0, so
I don't know what FS might have done in later versions, but would JAWS
key plus shift plus down arrow help? It says the selected or
highlighted text on the screen.
