Donnie, Do an insert f2. Arrow down to configuration manager and press enter. Do a control shift d to load the default. Do an alt s for set options. Press enter on, user options. The first item will be the progress bar. Just use your up and down arrow to select how often you want to hear it.

Hi Patti, I get that message every so often. I find the only solution is to run a good anti-spyware program such as Spybot, Ad-Aware or No-Ad-Aware. I find the latter to be more easier, Jaws friendly, as every aspect of the program is accessible without scripts, and it detects items on your
