In order to correctly help with this problem, we need to know what the error message is. When you get the error message, virtualize the window with control+ insert + W, and then select all with control + a, and copy it to the clipboard Next, press escape to close the virtual viewer, and then paste the contents of the clipboard into the body of your message to the list.
