I am using a Dell Optiplex GX620 PC with 1 GB RAM running XP PRO on a LAN. I am using MS OFFICE 2003. I am using JFW 8.0. When I attempt to close MS Outlook, either by hitting ALT-F4 or through the file menu. The program disappears from the screen, but it still running in the background. When I go into Windows Task Manager, Outlook is not listed among the running applications, but is listed among the running processes. I need to hit the end task button to get it to close completely. Interestingly, when using Window Eyes, Outlook closes normally after hitting ALT-F4. I wonder what it is about JAWS that prevents Outlook from closing normally.
