I just changed my JAWS 8 to a laptop keyboard layout and the Insert + A
command works the same as when I have the desktop layout. I'm using
Outlook 2003.

I use the laptop as well and the caps lock with the letter A usually works
for me.
I'm using jfw 8 and outlook 2003.
