First contact the Freedom Scientific Company directly and they will walk you through it or send you a attachment and just use it to do so. The other is first removing the Jaws 8 off the machine. Then, reinstall. You will need a burner/player combo or a burner to put the Jaws 8 & authorization disc in when it ask for it you will remove the Jaws 8 disc and then put in the disc to install your authorization. This may require some sight if you run into problems. Though if you follow the steps that Jaws 8 gives you at the right time. It is pretty straight forward. The number just needs to make sure there. Anyway, after that is done remove that disc and put back in the jaws 8 disc and continue. Just follow all the steps given by the Jaws 8 disc in it's installing process. As, noted the easiest is calling Freedom Scientific and they will send a attachment and they will tell you what to do. Hope that will help you. I chose the manual install instead of the automatic install. When installing Jaws 8.
