Taika, I am sure that what Andrew means is that you close JAWS and then start it up again. I have a similar problem as you and so when it occurs I use the INSERT+F4 to close JAWS and the ALT+CONTROL+J hot key to restart JAWS and everything is then fine. It usually takes about 15 seconds to
