How do I change the keystroke for jaws to speak the most recent aim alert? I
want to change it back to the one it was before 8. Thanks.

If you go to the page that says configure outlook express, they have an auto
cinfiguration program that you can download, and all you have to do is to enter
your gmail username and password and it will configure outlook for youl.
