I just changed my JAWS 8 to a laptop keyboard layout and the Insert + A command works the same as when I have the desktop layout. I'm using Outlook 2003. Are you using the regular insert key or the caps lock as your insert key? When you use the caps lock key as the insert key, it doesn't want to open the attachment. Hi Steve, I use the laptop as well and the caps lock with the letter A usually works for me. I'm using jfw 8 and outlook 2003.
