Hey,
I believe real voice option only works with JAWS 8.0. If it works with
JAWS 7.1 then I believe it is called Sapy 5 for windows. You are
supposed to select this voice from the voices menu.
On 1/19
Go into the Select A Synthesizer dialogue with ctrl+shift+s, then arrow to and select SAPI 5. Then go into the JAWS voices submenu, and other JAWS menus as necessary.
