Ah, this is one of the querks of the laptop layout. When you press caps lock J, it did what the old alt j did, which is to move to and speak the prior word. I guess to resolve this, you should change or remove the keystroke from within Keyboard Manager and change insert j to caps lock j. Hope

This is not true for Outlook only Outlook express. Alt-B in outlook just beeps at you. If you really want to not see the CC field you should be able to set up a custom form I have never tried this but I know it would be useful for my wife who is constantly having to put information in the

What version of jaws are you using? You need at least Jaws 6 to have good control over the rules wizard earlier versions require that you use the jaws cursor in order to get full access. The delete button will be 'unavailable' if you have no rules highlighted. -Original Message-
