I believe the 'best bet' is, usually, Where the To: or CC: Line contains.
(you can also make a rule (I've made one called BCC) for those multi-posted
messages to go into a certain designated folder, which you could call your
spam folder. (This is No. 6 of the 12 actions.)

I used to use Twitter (I have an account there). The best thing
that I've seen (using JAWS 9) is that, when I exit out of Forms
Mode (while typing the message), the site tells you how cannot
words you can type (for example, if you wrote 100 words, the site
tells you that you have 40
On my laptop, it only happens when it's plugged in.
