Once you open a new message, or reply to any message, go to the view menu
with alt+V, then arrow down to all headers and press enter.
From that point on, the BCC: field will be displayed.

completed the installation and setup which includes accepting the license
agreement. So maybe you have done that in which case you are good to go.

and type Default.JDF . Copy it to the clipboard and paste it somewhere

So, uninstalled and went back to jaws 9.
However, I lost the desktop icon for jfw 9.
Fortunately, it's in my system tray, and starts up automatically at boot up.
