[JAWS-Users] Outlook 2007 isn't showing me all attachments in a message.

Hi all, I am running windows 7 with jaws 14. I have outlook 2007. I just purchased an amtrak ticket. There are two attachments in the email. One is a thank you for using amtrak message, and the other attachments are supposed to be my travel documents. When I click on that, it reads the message

Hi Jim, Try going to the e-mail but don't open it. Just arrow to it on your Inbox folder. Then Press Alt. Down arrow to save attachments sub menu. Right arrow to open the sub menu, then down arrow to save all attachments. I always had a tough time figuring out how to just open without saving, so

If you're unable to press the down arrow when you hear untitled attachment, try this: open the e-mail and press shift tab once. You should hear the word attachments. Press enter. Then arrow right. Each time you arrow right you should hear a new attachment. Press enter on each attachment to open
