There may be other reasons for your slow startup but, I can only report what
works on the 1 computer of ours that is having this 4 to 5 minute delay
before IE, OE, or Jaws will start.

I tried an earlier version of Jaws and still had the slow startup issue.
I also tried disabling realtime protection on MSSE, and didn't notice much
if any improvement in Jaws 14 or 15 Beta startup times.

when you will use ctrl+r means it will go one recipient and when you
will use ctrl+shift+r it will go to all recipient means if some one in
cc field that is the diffrence of using ctrl+r or ctrl+shift+r.
