Hi Leonard,
You need to virtualize the current window with the keystroke, Insert, Alt, +
W, then, control + A, to select all. Now, press escape to get out of
virtualize mode you can paste the contents of the clipboard wherever you
want it. HTH

Go to the page settings in MsWord 2007 with alt-p.
To change the vertical alignment of text:
1.. On the Page Layout tab, click Page Setup.
2.. Go to the Layout tab.
3.. Tab about six times until you see the vertical alignment combo box.
4.. In the Vertical alignment box, click the
