Hi Theresa, To reset IE when it will not respond, open the program, then open Internet Options under the Tools tab, Press Control tab and find the Advanced tab. Then, tab down twice to the Reset button and press enter on it. Follow any other prompts, and let it finish resetting itself.

Hello Mike, Thanks for the tip. It worked. Since I couldn't oopen the program I went to internet options through the control panel and reset IE as you said. I also found that multiples pages were on screen, so I had to delete temporary files. Now it is working like it should be. Tnaks again.
