I had this happen to me with Windows 7, & this is how I resolved the
problem.
Before doing the following I uninstalled 7Zip.
1. Highlight a zipped file.
2. From the context menu / application key I chose the, Open With, option.
3. From the list of recommended programs Windows
Thanks for the suggestion of the Companion software, but this is really more
about getting the "Extract All" option back where it belongs. For instance,
the application 7Zip does what I need; I simply would like to know if adding
the missing item is possible.

What device does this person use to play NLs books? I ask because if it's a
Victor Stream, the Stream Companion software makes the process about as simple
as could be. But for an NLS player, I also use 7Zip.
