Mike, thanks again. What they tried in the attached email worked. I highlighted the attachment, did alt F, arrowed down to save attachment and hit enter. Yes, just call FS tech support and ask them to send you the file so you can update your dongle. They will send a file along with instructions. I probably have had a dongle that long as well and it has been updated several times. When I renew my SMA this fall it will get updated again. -O
