Why not use both, since you have both? You can decide what works better. Maybe you'll find you use JAWS 2018 for most things but switch to 18 for certain applications. I have JAWS 18. This was created before JAWS 2018, but I guess is still receiving (somewhat less frequent) updates. I don't know,

I know this add-on is not supposed to work with Quantum at all, but I was having this issue with links not activating when I had the Webvism add-on installed. Once I removed this add-on, I no longer had this issue. Maybe it's not that particualr add-on at fault, but you might still want to try
