[JAWS-Users] Is there any documentation from FS about implementing a JAWS driver for a speech synthesizer

Hello all.
Does any one know if FS provides any documentation on how to implement a driver 
for JAWS, like ones shipped with the program (e.g. in the drivers folder)?
