I am playing around with GoldWave and I hit ctrl f9 to start the recording to
bring up properties but the dialog box only appears for about a second. I do
not get a chance to choose my device such as mike or line in or whatever the
other choices might be. How can I make the properties dialog

Actually you can change the volume for the MLB media player. However, it is
very difficult without sighted help. Another feature with the player is the

along with another letter key usually does something within jaws. Did I over

I am using jaws 8 and for several months I noticed that occasionally in MS word
documents or while sending or replying to an email using outlook express the
text on the screen gets lost. I can only hear jaws say blank blank blank as I
arrow up and down. Sometimes if I unload and load jaws the
width view.

If there are any NBA all access sports listeners, I can not figure out why the
NBA media player is no longer visible when I alt/tab through programs. I
noticed the NBA media player is in the system tray but if I enter or hit the
spacebar I get bounced out of the player into another open program

Thanks much for the helpful tip. Ms word 2003 works the same. When you are
in the edit box to select list commands type the letter (L) so you can
jump to the word list faster by arrowing down a couple of times. Also, you
can convert the table to text to make it easier to read if you like.
