I am playing around with GoldWave and I hit ctrl f9 to start the recording to bring up properties but the dialog box only appears for about a second. I do not get a chance to choose my device such as mike or line in or whatever the other choices might be. How can I make the properties dialog

Thanks much for the helpful tip. Ms word 2003 works the same. When you are in the edit box to select list commands type the letter (L) so you can jump to the word list faster by arrowing down a couple of times. Also, you can convert the table to text to make it easier to read if you like. -
