hi patricia, I don't know if you have normal keyboard or multimedia keyboar. the multimedia keyboard is a keyboard which is desigened with some small upper keys to control media without interfering with the control panner, so if your keyboard is so try the upper keys it may work... why

I know quiet well that it has no problems but with chat lines, we were used to read the chat messages as in skype via alt+1 to 0. but now this doesn't work. so we're asking about scripts for jaws that works with this new version windows live massenger 2009.

hi Jack and Harold, what I'm going to tell you is my own assumption and personal experience go to jaws main minue then choose options. then choose basic, from it go to advanced, then uncheck all unnecessary options to you but the last option ofcourse. this may bring jaws up gfast to
