Hello all, Due to problems with ILM activations, I am switching my JAWS license to a dongle. This is after what happened last night where one of my machines running Windows 7 lost authorization without any explanation. I was told it is a known issue for some small number of users, but as I am at university I cannot be doing with loss of authorizations and trying to re-activate only to to be told it failed. My dealer was very helpful and offered to reset my keys, but fankly I do not trust ILM anymore. They were understanding and are going to ring me back to help me purchase my dongle, which is £45 here in the UK. Thought I would let you know. Take care. >From Chris.
