Hi all,
How can I fill a column in a Excel 2003 spreadsheet range with 1's? For example
f3-f420.
I want to have a column where I can easily add up the number of rows with data.
Then I can use that total for other calculations.
I am using Jaws 9.
Thank you,
Bill

1. Place the number '1' in a cell and copy it to the clip board.
2. select the cells you want the number in--f5, then type in the cell range.
3. Paste the cell you copied into the first cell of the selected range.
You're in business.
