Hi Derick,
It isnot Control + F10, it is Shift + F10.
You can also use Alt + Enter, or if you have an applications key, press it
to open a context menu, then up arrow

With XP I used to highlight the file or folder, then use control plus f10 to
get to the context menu and then arrow up
