I was having problems for quite some time with menus in various applications not reading correctly like this one which is Thunderbird email. So I finally contacted FS and we looked at jaws 15 defult to see if things worked well. All seemed ok with Thunderbird so we went back to the Jaws 15 I was using and deleted everything in jaws 15 explorer my settings and unloded jaws and when I started jaws everything was fixed. I was even able to create and use my prefered shortcut key for ms word 2013 which wasn't working. Thanks FS.
