[JAWS-Users] Hello list got myself in trouble again jaws says collapsed on outlook

Hi how do I correct this so jaws doesn't say collapsed and expanded on my 
outlook express. Thanks know this was recent question too, but can't 
remember. Karen and Harpo thanks ahead of time.
