Oops. The default keystroke to route JAWS to PC on a laptop layout is Caps
lock+left bracket.
The problem is that the Norwegian keyboard does not have a left bracket key
or a right bracket key.
On a Norwegian keyboard one must press

your keyboard.
It is called Keyboard Help, and can be accessed by pressing the Jaws key+
the number 1 key on the number row of any standard U. S. keyboard to turn it
