Hi All,
Running Windows 7, Office 2010 Standard, & J15 thru J18. Whenever I open a saved Word DOC or DOCX file I can't go to either the top or bottom of the file using, Control + Hone / End keys, but if I refresh the screen with, Insert + Escape, navigation is fine. All other navigational keystrokes work except the Control + Home / End keys until I hit Insert + Escape. This happens with all 4 versions of Jaws. I've played with my settings, but I can't figure it out. Would anyone have an answer as to why this is happening, & a fix for the problem? All help will be greatly appreciated.
