Follow these steps, to put desktop shortcuts for various programs on your w-10 desktop. I will use Word 2013, for an example. 1. press enter on the Start button, or just press the Windows key. 2. Up arrow to, All Apps, press enter. 3. Arrow down to, Microsoft Office Folder Collapsed, press enter to expand. 4. Arrow down to, Word 2013, Press the application key. 5. Arrow down to, Open file Location, press enter. 6. Press the application key, go down to, Send to, sub menu, Right arrow one time. 7. Down arrow one time to, Desk Top create shortcut, press enter. You are done, You will now have a desk top Icon for your Word 2013 program on the Desktop. You can follow these same steps to put other program shortcuts to Icons on your desktop.
