I just had a pleasant session with TWC tech support. Women tech support rules!

They pinged the modem and it's needing  a service call. I called them about if 
I needed to configure settings for a new computer which just bought another 
desktop window's 7 Dell on Sunday, I mentioned that I was considering getting a 
router, since the laptop is less than 15 feet from the modem and it keeps 
dropping me and I have to run a window's diagnostics to get the adapter reset 
and get me back online.

She took me through some areas I had never ventured before through start menu, 
programs, accessories and to the command run prompt. I had to type in what she 
said to get the info she needed for my modem.  That was interesting and Jaws 13 
performed flawlessly.
It's always for me so nerve racking doing this kind of stuff in first place and 
explaining I don't use a mouse, and then the screen reader skips out on ya, but 
not this time, jaws get's apart on it's head for doing exactly what it suppose 
to do.

My modem is the plug and play type so no configuring settings for the new 
computer, hurray!
