Hi Rebecca!
JAWS should already be set to read the entire message to you when you
open it. However, if you interrupt it or just want to have it read the
message again:
1. Press control+home to go to the beginning of the message.
2. Press the JAWS key + down arrow, in desktop layout this is
Insert+down arrow. This is the say all command and tells JAWS to read
from where ever the cursor is to the end.
