If you do not have OpenBook and, like me, are not crazy about using JAWS OCR 
feature there is a good alternative when reading PDFs.
Microsoft Word 2016 now has an OCR feature built-in and will read PDF files 
very nicely.
Highlight the PDF then using the Applications key select "Open with" and arrow 
down and select Word 2016.  There will be an intermediate silly little message 
then the PDF will open up in a fully JAWS readable Word document.
I just discovered this is not a generally known fact when I sent a PDF to a 
blind IT guy and he could not read it.  So, thought I would share this on this 
list.
