Hi everyone, I usually sent receive many Emails daily, so I use
thunderbird to do my task but now I have some problems using it, so can
you recommend some Email program?I am running win7 J14

Windows Live Mail is also kind of sluggish especially with GMail via Imap.

Imap in general is going to be more sluggish than pop3.
