I should clarify something I said, below. the guy who puts together the paper in the .pdf says that it would be very difficult to do it according to the accessibility guidelines etc., which I referred him to, because he doing it on an Apple mac with associated software. Thus, links (where they appear) are not properly formatted HTML. The most important thing, however, is that JAWS can read it for me.

The way we have found that works is virtualizing the window. You probably already know this command but just in case, it's Control Insert W. From that point on you can copy and paste anything.
