I very seldom use the laptop but try to keep it up to date. With both jaws 18 and 2018 I cannot install updates. I did a search for check updates. I am told that there are 5 available. I can not find where to seledt or click on an update button. I have a list of the updates as a list. Where do I locate them for updating? Even when I go to shut down I am not presented with the option to update and shut down. I am about ready to give this laptop go good will.
