Marilyn, Not sure what the problem was but I'm sure it may have been a fluke. Not sure what you heard about JAWS 11 but I found it a great upgrade. I'm sure you heard of the research it function which in my opinion was worth the upgrade alone. Rea up on the improvement s in 12 as well and I'm sure you'll change your mind.
