Nothing else. It works fine for me with JAWS 18.

You can use any editor to copy the phrase to the clipboard. Once you do all
you have to do is open up Jart and screen reader mode should be enabled. If
jart was already open you will need to close it and reopen.

Ok, my client is using windows10, jaws18 latest update, 64bit machine,
When I installed jarte I received no positive results.
I thought the program was supposed to recognize a screen reader.
