Hi, Sometimes when I am on a page on the Internet, using Internet Explorer 11, Jaws will switch from "virtual cursor" to "pc cursor." Then, of course, I cannot read anything on the page. I tried closing Internet Explorer and going back to it and got the same thing. When that happens, how do I get the virtual cursor to work again? I try insert plus Z but that doesn't do anything.
