Jorge,
Two things. First, you have the syntax for the scannow command incorrectly
typed. Second, you need to run that from an elevated command prompt in Windows
7.
It is SFC space forward-slash scannow written in quotes below as:
sfc /scannow which you need to put in an elevated command
The keystroke is sfc/scannow. Put a slash in there not a dash.
