Actually the program you want is called spybotsd15.exe. I think you just
downloaded the definitions. The direct link to download is below.

I downloaded the latest version of SpyBot from your web site. I tried
to install it, but it crashed after I did OK on the language
selection, insured that all other applications were closed and then
hit the next button to continue.
Have you installed it? If so, did you have any
version of spy bot available
Hi:
You may have to use narrator to install it since it seems to crash jaws
during the install process.
Some have reported that jaws 7 works, but I would unload jaws and use
narrator to install, then bring back up jaws with a hot key.
