make sure that the 1-line view is checked. This gives you the Senders name
in windows live mail how do you get out of one line column view?
when I press the alt key to bring up the ribbon menu I right arrow right to
view arrow down then right to change how your messages are viewed. I arrow down

well iam not sure what it's called, I just know I want my email messages
displayed
who sent it, the subject, and date it was sent.
microsoft describes things very difficult
like a windows error described as error 62401

I believe you're referring to the one-line view for the message list view?
View by Columns is a different item
