Okay you're saying when you print in notepad, or, wordpad, The print isn't
coming out correctly?
Or, is it that it's not printing at all?
First do you have word rap checked?

It almost sounds like you have the wrong driver.
I would go to the printers website and download the drivers from there.
That way you also have the latest drivers.
