I don't know if anyone has done this but if they have maybe they can shed some lite on this. I was ordering a compact disc from amazon. And I some how put the credit card in wrong and they froze my account this was a while a go. I did get a email but did not act on it since I got the compact disc another way. I now would like to open my account get it unfrozen again well I can't find a link to do this or a email address. Any ideas?
