Press control+s, to go to the sources tree view, you need to press this twice at times depending on where you are in iTunes. control+shift+b, puts you in browse mode, this is a talggal. You will use the f6, arrow keys, spacebar, and enter a lot. Listen to the two FS podcast on how to use iTunes 11, the December and the January podcast I believe if memory serves me right. right now I need some more coffee... I hope this helps...
